Sparkle & Shine
Sparkle & Shine at 365cards this week! Did you notice some sparkle in the Paper Pretties image? Does it looks better close up? I sure do hope you could see the sparkle and shine! It's your choice - use two different techniques/items to create a sparkly/shiny look on your card. 1. I swear I had used some Ranger Perfect Pearls but the photo taken in the day light does not show the shine.. whoopppsss...
