Let's Scrap 10-22-14

Hello there! This week at Let's Scrap, I made a double page for this week. I kept it clean and simple for this layout, used up some pattern papers which are left in my stash for ages. Stick It Down - October 2014

Here's my October layout with Stick It Down. today what I have here is a tribute to one of my favorite delicacy. This is a photo of Penang Rojak, a traditional Asian fruit and vegetable salad with some cuttlefish. It is one of my favorite since I was young. So, coming back to the layout, I had created the background with a few layers of mists of stencils and some newsprint stamping. And added the photo to the DIY background. Hello Monday. Today I'm playing at Use Your Stuff. This site is challenging you to Use Your Stuff (as it says). Every Monday someone from the creative team would post a challenge that we hope will inspire you to use your stash to create. Your creation could be anything, layout, card, tag, decor item etc. Just link up!


Today's challenge is hosted by Renee and the theme Fall theme (be it colors or how you are inspired by Fall).I have the perfect fall rubons in my stash and so I used it on the background that I had created months back. That blends in autumn pretty well :) What's your take?
