SBM ATC Private Swap
This ATC is meant for private swap organised by Olive, from a local crafting group. The theme is FLOWER. So here's Nature Elements with Barn Door, Spiced Marigold and Evergreen Bough distress ink. Sentiment is from TH's Stuff to Say, stamped using Hero Arts Mid Tone Pool. Can't help it but I just had to make the dolp of ink at the corner with Dylusions Squeezed Orange. It's pretty obvious I can't get enough of Tim Holtz's range and Dylusions!

Sneak peek - SBM ATC June2012
It's my turn to host June2012. The theme is DOODLE! Yup, I have never doodle anything as big as 3.5x 2.5 size paper. It's a challenge to me and well, I've never been fond of sketching either :) So all I used were pens and pens. All of the cards similar, on 2nd look they were different (actually I did try to keep the element as similar as possible) So say hellow to SHARPIES and sneaks to group A yummy doodle goodness!

ATC April 2012 - sneak peek
I gathered some supplies and jumped into ATC for April hosted by Carol. Deadline is 25April so if I don't do today, I doubt I would have any energy left for ATC over the weekdays. Theme for April is distress techniques. I took out some distress inks and some distress stamps. I was desperately looking for my blending tool tonight but couldn't find it. Luckily I had some cosmetic sponge which I would dab and blend. Here's sneak peek to some of the stuff that were used tonight. Final reveal would be posted early May

Scrapbook Market ATC exchange - Feb 2012 final reveal
The theme for Feb2012 ATC exchange is HEART and I wanted to try something 'arty' and different. And yup, all cards turned out really different!
1. I did a background stamp using 7Gypsies stamp using TH Stormy Sky
2. Added the hearts stamp from Hero Arts using TH Barn door ink and misted with water at the bottom left, hoping that the blue and the red would some how blend in.
3. I tested to blotch the OA Hopscotch ink with mini straw (from thrift shop Daiso), some came to be quite big blotches and took awhile to dry up
4. Then splattered a little OA Lemon Drop.
5. For the the twine, it's from from The Twinery, I tied a knot, dipped into some glue (with added some water) and shaped a heart shape onto the card.

Scrapbook Market ATC exchange - Jan 2012 final reveal
As mentioned in my previous posts, I was supposed to post on what I did for SBM ATC exchange Jan2012. And yes, this is the FIRST ATC exchange which I took part in. Frankly speaking I was not even aware that there is such arty exchange amongst crafters until I joined a local interest group on Facebook with a bunch of local scrappers. The package should arrive later today, can't wait to see the rest of the 13pieces of ATC and lay my hands on them! I had bought a folder from stationery shop to keep these cards. For keepsake!
So here's what's done to make this Jan2012 ATC, themed Friendship:
1. Firstly I used Tim Holtz distress ink Bundle Sage for the background stamp. Then misted with water at one edge
2. When it's dried I used Tattered Angel Glimmer Mist Abdominal Snowman to add some glitter, spritzed some at one side of the card to add some bling to the card.
3. I stamped Technique Tuesday friend stamp with Stazon Jet Black ink
4. Added the smaller circular stamp from Hero Arts (offset from the centre from the bigger circular stamp) with TH Forest Moss ink. My stamping skills aren't too yet (need more practise!) so some of the HA stamp were not clear/missing from the card.
5. So I decided to try to hide the blunder by adding the little red heart, punched from patterned paper
Supplies :
* Tim Holtz distress ink Bundle Sage & Forest Moss
* Background rubber script stamp from NBC local stationery shop
* Hero Arts Friends mini round stamp
* Mini Carla heart stamp
* Red Polka PP from My Mind's Eye 6x6 Designer Paper Pad Out of the blue

Finally completed ATC Jan 2012
I completed it tonight 1Feb2012. Sending them out later in the morning to the hostess. Some take back from my 1st ATC process :
1. My handwriting does look scratchy!
2. Don't press the rubber stamp too hard... else it looks smeared and you'd probably kill your stamp sooner!
3. Need to check on my eyes, somehow the stamping are not consistent and constantly misaligned!
4. Misting is FUN!
